The Bakcou Scout has all of the high-performing features of the Storm and Carbon Alpha in Bakcou's first full suspension fat tire eBike for sport riding.
The unique geometry and top-of-the line suspension make it the perfect cross-over sport trail bike. The fat tires the Bafang ULTRA mid-drive motor and the 11-speed gear ratio in the Sram NX cassette make enable handling the trails super easy.
The Scout has an integrated 17.5ah battery with great cable housing so there are no extraneous parts to get hooked up.
The ULTRA motor also has an integrated torque sensor. This combined with its heavy duty gearing makes it known as the "diesel engine" of eBike mid-drive motors. It is also considered a smart motor. The speed, cadence, shift, brake and torque sensors work simultaneously to give continuous feedback from the rider to the motor. This makes for a natural feeling ride combined with the all of the power.
